• Delivery is available within a 30km radius of Gawler, Monday – Saturday

• Deadline for same day delivery is 1pm Mon-Friday and before 10am Saturday.

• To ensure that orders are processed and delivered to the recipient as efficiently as possible, please make sure that all of the following information is provided during the checkout process.

Delivery to a Hospital

• Hospital name and address

• Ward name or number

• Recipient’s full name

• Recipient’s phone number

• Whether the recipient is a patient or a staff member

• ​

Delivery for a Funeral Service

• Name of the Church / Funeral Home

• Address of the Church / Funeral Home

• Full name of the deceased

• Date and start Time of the funeral service

 

Delivery Policy when the recipient is not at home

If no one is at home to receive your gift, our courier will use their discretion to determine if it’s safe to leave the gift at the front door or close by. If there are restrictions in doing so, (an electric gate, or an animal in the yard) the order will be returned to our store. The recipient will then be contacted to organise re-delivery or collection from our store.

Substitutions

We guarantee that orders made through Our Imprint Flowers website will always reflect the quality and artistic design, but on occasion we may need to substitute in colour or variety due to seasonal availability and factors out of our control.

In the case of a substitution we guarantee to always substitute flowers of equal or higher value and will keep within the theme of the flowers originally chosen.
